Nope! This is a unique bag that features a dual layer construction with a zip-lock closure that makes it a full seal and is easier to clean.

Just invert the bag to push out all the nasties and wash with warm, soapy water.

The STASH is build to go the distance with high quality materials. Just be sure to wash & dry it after each use.

We have 2 sizes to suit any adventure. 'GO' is for when your on the move & 'XL' is for when your stationed up at a campsite or in the vehicle.

These are a great idea which, after years of packing 3-4 plastic bags as a garbage management “solution” for multi day hikes, I consider to be well worth the money. High fabric and seal quality make these versatile pieces of kit: you’d be able to use as alternative/additional water carry, for example. Sturdy attachment options for carrying outside pack and hanging out of reach of critters are a real win and again beats the **** out of plastic bags or standard compression sacks for this purpose while adding minimal weight to the overall carry. Tested once and can confirm claims of machine washable: not an issue. As with all these things time will tell but I suspect with reasonable care these will have paid for themselves many times over before replacement time arrives.

Better than a bread bag

Great so far for dealing with rubbish out on the trail, and far more reliable than the bread bags I ordinarily use.

Great product - Kea Stash

Finally got to use mine and did so on a hunting trip in the Kawekas. Does exactly what its supposed to and both myself and the others in my hunting party would recommend one.

Kea Stash

Haven't used it yet, but it looks like a good alternative to the need for potentially leaky and undesirable plastic bags every trip. Perhaps not so suitable for the very weight conscious solo tramper on long trips.
Making this totally recyclable would be better still...

Exceeded my expectations

The KEA stash has serious build quality and functionality to it. The design and materials are very custom built for its role and couldn’t be better put together.
